| Water Crossing Notes: |
All major crossings are bridged, the rest were simple step over drainage. Turned around on the Greeley Pond Trail 1/4 mile south of Greeley ponds at the major brook crossing. I'll do the rest of Greeley Pond Trail from the Kang side. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One section of tree on Greeley Pond Trail, just beyond Goodrich Rock Trail cutoff. It wasn't frozen in, so I was able to push it to the side. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Met two dogs close to parking lot on the way back. They were enjoying it. Great trails for dogs. |

| Comments: |
I stay below treeline during the winter, so I'm going to work on redlining the 125 miles of the Waterville Valley Trails. 30 miles completed as of today.
All the trails today had 2 - 4 inches of snow. Was able to bare boot them all. The most dangerous section of all was the Livermore parking lot, if I hadn't been the first car next to the trailhead, I would have wished I'd put on my crampons. |
