Plenty of room at Mead Base. The lot was frozen in the morning, but in the afternoon it had turned into very greasy mud, that probably would have been tough to negotiate in a 2WD vehicle. |

| Comments: |
Trail was a bit of a sloppy mess, with a little bit of everything. With the warm weather, there was a lot of melting but also still lots of ice above about 2000 ft. Everything got pretty much soaked from dripping trees. Two of us barebooted the whole way, one chose to use microspikes for the first half of the descent, due to many icy rocks. |
