Comments: Kinsman Ridge Trail from tram lot

We wore spikes from the car to the top of the glades where the trail reenters the woods and snowshoes from there to the summit, same in reverse. Spikes would work throughout but snowshoes gave better traction on the several inches of new powder up high. Trail was relatively free of ice for a change.
Another group had broken out HiCannon and were descending KRT to Lonesome Lake Trail and down so those trails are broken out (with bare boots).
Nice hike up with Chris, picking up Jim along the way for a lovely, fun day.
