Comments
Comments: Wore snow shoes all the way to the summit. Encountered minor drifts along the ridge. There is a LOT of ice hiding under the new fluffy snow. Opted for light traction coming down...ended up on my rear for a lot of the steeper sections.
Crampons would not have been overkill on this hike.

On the way down, snow was starting to stick to the ice, which is good, but more snow would be even better.
