I tried starting off on snowshoes but it was just to bony, took them off at Allen’s ledge and used Microspikes to summit of Hedgehog and back. Didn’t do the loop. 2-3inches of powder snow on top of ice was very tricky in spots... we need another storm to fill in a lot of spaces around rocks and roots... beautiful day tho... had summit to myself for 45 minutes and only encountered 2 people on the way down. |
