| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
After entering the Fish Hatchery, go over the bridge and watch out for hiker parking, which is marked and on the left just before "Road Closed" signs. It is very obvious. We were the only car there. Road walk was easy. |

| Comments: |
Lots of fluffy white stuff. Snow filled in a previous break-out - so we broke it out again. Depth started around 4 inches and became deeper the higher we climbed. After the cabin, the trail was almost indiscernible and snow depth was around 2 feet with drifting. I have no doubt everything we broke out will be filled in given the winds and light snow. It snowed the entire time we were on the trail. Driving away it was as though snow clouds were hanging over the peaks as it was clear when we got back to the car. A great winter wonderland up there! |
