Snowshoes to treeline then switched to spikes and back at treeline switched back to snowshoes. Trail was well packed yesterday by Rick Simmons group. Thanks!!! Above treeline there was some ice some drifts even a bit of bare ground. Spikes were perfect. With no wind today the drifted areas were tamped down. Temps around freezing and very light wind made for a perfect Pressi Day above treeline. Lots of people out today enjoying the perfect conditions. Congrats to Karen Bradley for finishing her January Grid. Way to Go!!! |
