along the kanc at the trailhead. 2 cars on arrival and many more on return. |

all crossings are either bridged, partially bridged or wide open. use caution! |

blowdowns here and there on both trails. they are easy to get around. |

saw 4 dogs and a surprising 40 other hikers on my way down! |

I wore my hillsounds, but snowshoes might have been better. most hikers did use spikes. the surface was sure taking a beating. I was too cause it was a tough grind. however, I now have 16 0f the 48 0ver 70 done. these guys certainly have some STEEPNESS! |
