 | Water Crossing Notes: |
I didn't take the Black Pond Bushwhack, hoping to enjoy some additional skiing through the forest this morning and until that last water crossing, the morning was PERFECT! With the warm temperatures, flowing water, and melting ice, it just wasn't a safe decision - for me - to cross. |

A day in the forest is always a special treat. Today I got to enjoy 10 beautiful winter miles with my adventure buddy, introducing her to the sport of cross-country skiing and we had a lovely morning! We started off in head lamps at 6AM and were back to the car about 4 hours later. |
