 | Comments: |
I followed old ski and snowshoe tracks all the way, though I did end up breaking trail through 6-9" of snow the whole day. The sidehill on the Crescent Ridge Trail was pretty annoying, as was the very steep and untracked drop on the Mount Crescent Trail near the summit. The entire summit area was drifted in and probably was again shortly after I left. There's lots and lots of powder back on these trails. Snowshoes were essential. |
