Lot is pretty well plowed out. Lot was full most of the day, as this is a busy trailhead. |

Saw folks with a mixture of snowshoes and spikes. Trail was getting pretty chewed up as the day warmed up so I think snowshoes would be better for the trail. Note that the fire road (a bypass if Downes Brook is not crossable) is not broken out at all. |
