| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Drove in on Mt. Misery Road for .9 miles and parked right after crossing Carpenter brook in a plowed out area (room for 2 cars). We probably could have driven further but this seemed like a nice wide area to park off the road and it was right at a snowmobile trail 5N that we used to get to the old jeep road/snowmobile trail that heads back toward Littleton. |

| Comments: |
We followed the Snomo trail to the junction of several other trails and headed southerly toward the col between the two peaks. With Towns virtually in from of us we headed straight for the summit through open woods and also used some old skidder tracks if they were heading in the general direction. Found the recognized HOL and signed in. We returned following our tracks to the snomo road and headed now northerly for a bit until we were opposite Misery and then headed straight for our second peak of the morning. Found the recognized HOL easily and felt rewarded. These relatively easy peaks were a nice change from the frigid temps of last week. |
