Comments
Comments: We went up the Wildcat ski trails and down Imp. Most of the trail is well packed but there were many sections along the ridge with significant blow in. Interestingly, Carter Dome trail had not been used recently but the Carter-Moriah section over Mt Hight was broken out. I used snowshoes the entire day but my friend had his break on the way up to the Dome so he used spikes after that without problems. Even where the trail had been blown in there was a solid base underneath a max of 4 or 5" of snow.
