Parking/Access Road Notes: More cars than people I saw on the trail. Light parking day. About 1/3 full at 7:30.

Water Crossing Notes: All bridged or easily rock hopped

Trail Maintenance Notes: Not many downed trees, some leaners. Limbs present some eye pokers and head knockers. Banged head about three times mostly due to pilot error.

Lost and Found: Lost: My blue Penn State hat. Found: My blue Penn State hat!!! Thank you friendly hiker who placed it in a tree for me to find!

Comments: Packed trail and microspikes the whole way. Trail in good shape. Some heavy icing first 0.1 to 0.2 mile 19MBT but easily gripped by spikes.
