Comments
Comments: The trail was gradual and mostly mud for the first 1/4 especially on the descent as it was warming up and rain the day before. Monorail/packed snow and ice for a while up, microspikes needed especially on the steeper sections where the ice was thick. Lots of ice chunks along the trail from trees being iced over and warm weather melting it off. It was a little difficult to walk on. Seemed like someone spread bags of ice cubes all over the trail. Summit had bare rock and some snow. Snowshoes got a free ride but sections may require them as the weather gets warmer. Great views!
