Water Crossing Notes: Some open water in small streams but the two larger crossings were bridged. The lower crossing in the little gully has good water flow under the snow bridge so unknown how long it will last

Comments
Comments: There were about 10 people on the trail. All distanced appropriately. Most people wore spikes which were ok as the main track while soft was hard enough. I still thought snowshoes the better choice. If the trail does not freeze or if it rains snow shoes are likely required. There will be plenty of postholing if it stays warm. The side hill before the upper crossing was very slippery and gnarly. The road was bare. Some traffic without snowshoes down Lend A Hand. No recent activity on Fire Warden. Nice views with the high snow through the trees. Stay Safe and Bring Your Snowshoes!!
