| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Canaan Mt. Trail has a lot of blowdowns. The beginning of the Mt. Flagg Trail leaving the shelter is difficult to find, the trail is actually more a brook currently, the yellow blazes are hard to see, luckily someone has gone along and put orange tape on the tree above the blazes. I think once the leaves come out the Connector Trail and Canaan Mt. Trail could be hard to follow in place, there's a lot of underbrush and these trails don't seem to get a lot of use. |
