Extension of Ore Hill Road a Class VI road, ATV trail
The road was dry down low and at about 1900' the frost was still melting so footing was a bit slick at times. Followed Ore Hill Rd about 1 mile and then turned onto the ATV road just before the HOL on the class VI road. This ATV road is actually the access to a private camp right at the summit, saw no postings but be courteous of the landowners property so if remains unposted. The White Mountain Forest boundary literally runs parallel to the track. The summit is in this camp's backyard, did not see the game camera as mentioned in a previous post. |
