 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Water is too high right now at Brackett Brook which is about 1.7 miles on the trail. There is no clear way to cross because the snow melt; you could wade across if you wanted but it was snowing and cold. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There is a significant amount of maintenance that needs to be done on this trail with downed trees across the path and trail markers needing to be repainted. |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Only saw one pup today, he looked happy to be out. |

Appalachian Trail
This is not a spring hiking trail due to the spring snow melt. Brackett Brook is not passible, I had to turn around at around mile 1.7 which was disappointing. I'll try this hike again in the later summer or fall when the water dies down. |
