An interesting snow globe hike! 6†of fresh pow in parking lot and still going. Snowshoes car to car, started off 6†ended up being about 12†of new snow with higher drifts. Broke trail all day and saw no one! Fine views from the owlshead ledges. Significant drifting, partially obscuring our lovely snowshoe trough.
Even a 3k got a foot+ of snow, you will need your snowshoes... don’t be that hiker |
