Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Very small parking for the entrance of the Percy Loop Trail adjacent to Long Mountain Brook bridge. More parking available about half mile before if coming from south near the entrance for North Percy trail.  
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Unstable), Snow - Spring Snow, Snow/Ice - Postholes, Snow/Ice - Small Patches 
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No water crossing. Meltwater flowing underneath unstable monorail about half mile after Cohos Trail junction.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: 5-6 small downed trees blocking path before Cohos Trail junction, but easily traversed.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Dog-friendly hike, some dogs may struggle, however, on the face up towards the top of North Percy. 
Bugs
Bugs: Lots of black flies for the first half of the trail, but lightens up at the higher elevations.

Comments
Comments: No wind, just some unstable wet snow towards the top before it levels out and approaches North Percy! Lovely 360 degree views that was well worth the extra drive time! No one on the trail but us--perfect for social distancing!
