|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||From Errol, drove up Corser Brook Road. At 2.3 mi., turned R onto a dirt road west of the peak. At 0.3 mil, R at a fork, then another 0.6 mile to road end. Parked here. |
||Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow - Spring Snow |
|Water Crossing Notes:
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||black flies. lots. |
|Lost and Found:
||Despite the black flies, we tried to grab some northern peaks before the logging regrowth leafs out.|
BW'd up the western side, aiming just a bit north of the peak. Followed whippy old logging scars, wet in places. Hit false North sub-bump, descended into a wet / snowy col. Hit unavoidable snow, knee-deep in places, for the last tenth mile. (In this heat, it won't last much longer). Summit had a jar. Came out the same way.
Fun three days up in Errol with JEM3.
