Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: plenty at Table Rock (west); plenty at the entrance road to the Balsams (road blocked into the Balsams a short distance away)..

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes: one small one on Table Rock Trail easily stepped over.. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: trails are in great shape, just a few overhangers, no obstacles.. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Table Rock (west) is an ok trail for dogs..Sanguinary has some loose scree but with care sure pups could handle it..

Bugs: really bad black flies swarming and some biting..

Comments: Table Rock (west), Sanguinary Ridge Trail

North Country hike to get some views..Table Rock has a few large mud pits but overall was fine..nice view of course downnnn!! Back tracked and then parked at Balsams Entrance road and took the steep Sanguinary Ridge Trail to Index Rock and then to the Balsams Viewpoint..saw no other hikers on SRT but some on Table Rock..was first up and left shortly after arrival of others..
