| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Dirt section of Dorchester Road from ski area to trailhead was wet but passable. Locals have posted a sign that they will tow cars parked at the trailhead so we walked the 1.6 miles from the ski area but found three cars in the trailhead parking area. |

Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

No water crossings. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
About a dozen blowdowns most uner 6 in. diameter but one large (2 foot diameter). Easily avoidable. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Easily handled on four legs. |
|
| Bugs: |
Gnats are out but not yet in force. Saw a few mosquitoes and black flies. Recommend bug spray. |

Someone left a house up on the summit ;-) |

Fun dayhike and in great shape for early May. We did the 11.5 mile roundtrip in 5:45. |
