| Comments: |
Bluebird day to start becoming overcast at end. The trail is a steady uphill from the start and eases up as you get closer to Starr King summit. Ran into decaying monorail at 3600 feet. Easily avoided. More of it between the summits. Spikes came along for the ride. Found poles to be useful for an aggressive speed descending to the trail head. Did entire hike in 3:15. Left here to do Cannon Mountain. |
