| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Maybe 15 cars in the lot when we arrived at 10:30AM; about the same when we left. The vault toilets are boarded up. The porta potties mentioned in an earlier report were missing. They are not collecting a fee at this time |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
| Recommended Equipment: |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Easy |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The trail is in decent shape, but like many is being loved to death, especially on the descent from Dickey to the road where the footbed has widened and the effects of water are obvious. Folks need to stay on the hardened and rocky portions; anything to poke them in that direction would be useful |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw several, all leashed and happy. |
| Bugs: |
A few black flies and some eye mites, but not bad at all. |
