Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of parking along Rt. 25A. Two other cars when I arrived mid morning and one upon returning early afternoon.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Brackett Brook was flowing and easily rock hopped. The remainder of the streams were mostly dried up.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Five blow-downs, all easily stepped over.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw one very happy dog on the descent.  
Bugs
Bugs: Relatively minor until the summit....then they swooped in from every direction.

Comments: Great day to be out and on the AT. Dry trail and moderate grades. Spectacular views from both summits. Nice cellar hole just off the trail about a half mile from Rt. 25.
