Comments
Comments: From the lot we took the Crossover trail, we took a left onto the Swift River trail which stays pretty close to the river, and some nice views of the mountains. Trail makes a U-turn after about 1 mile and we headed back on the Davis Farm trail, Followed this about 2 miles to a farm (Ray Burton). We took a left following a dirt road/trail along the fields of vegetables to the river. A little confusing here as no signage so turned around and followed a 'trail' along the woods to an opening where it became a clear trail. This turned out to be the Trestle trail which soon lead us to the Swift River Trail. In about a mile, we came to a bench looking out onto the river and soon the Crossover trail back to the car. Nice 4 mile loop through the woods before the heat hit!
