Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: ATV roads were dry and in great shape, so we could drive our Subaru cars up quite far. From Stratford, took Spur Road for 0.6 mi. Right onto Sugarloaf Road for 1.0 mile. Right onto Tetu Road (ATV plastic sign calls it Potato Hill Road), for 1.1 mile to a point west of the peak, bringing us to 1400'. While the road does narrow, it's in great shape, dry, and easily driveable to this point.

Comments
Comments: Bushwhacked E'ly through semi-open and fairly easy woods, generally climbing up along the peak's west ridge. The top tenth mile was a tiny scrappy. Found the jar on the far eastern bump.

On the descent we avoided the scrappy top by contouring to the south around the sunmit bumps. On the descent, we dropped onto an old fern-filled, logging road, which we followed out. It brought us to a field and a couple of camps, just 0.2 mi. SE of our car. Walked through the open field and onto the top end of Tetu Road, 0.2 mi. to our cars.

Another fun day and successful hike with friend, JEM3.
