| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Lot at the height of land off Jefferson Notch Rd was full when I rolled in shortly after 11 AM, so I parked in a small overflow area nearby. No cars parked along the actual road that I remember. |

|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
No crossings. |

|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Water can be slim to none along the Caps Ridge route, so don’t rely on finding standing water for your pups to drink. Also use good judgment when taking a dog up the scrambles, particularly on the second “Capâ€. |

| Bugs: |
Moderately bad at times, otherwise not a concern. |

| Comments: |
Aside from some mud near the trailhead, the trail was bone dry and in great shape from bottom to top. Overcast all day with some dark clouds here and there, but no rain ever fell, and the summit of Jefferson and the summits of the rest of the Northern Presidentials were in the clear with a nice breeze. |
