Large Maple blowdown on the north end of Reservoir Tr., one blowdown/deadfall area on Parker Tr., North Pond Spur is getting overgrown. |

mosquitoes were very bad. I really had to keep moving as even quick stops were met with swarms. |

| Comments: |
Big loop with some random trail-bagging out/backs to junctions. I bushwhacked the highpoint of the peak called North Round Pond Hill on peakbagger.com. The peak is very close to the trail. I climbed Pisgah from the south end and then bushwhacked down to the east to pick up Reservour Tr.
Pisgah State Park seems to be quite any time I've visited. The many ponds and swamps on this route likely contributed to the relentless mosquitoes. |
