||Thursday, July 2, 2020|

|Water Crossing Notes:
||No issues. |
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||A few beech tree blowdowns are in need of carbon steel cutting tools.
My handsaw, like most gear left at the trailhead, serviced no use on the trail. |
||Woof! Sadly no canines sighted. |
||Deet or your favorite repellent helps. Otherwise run faster than your companions. |
|Lost and Found:
||Nada lost and nada found. ||
||First time on Mt Cube's South and North summits. Leading there were moderate, well-graded trail. |
Some cellar holes near the beginning of the trail, and a few rock walls, and rock piles.
Beautiful day to hike!
We explored the far South end of the North peak's ridge. The goat path eventually peters out into, as you might guess or know, some spruce eating. We were pretty sure we hit height-of-land somewhere.
