Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All water crossings were nominal -- no serious issues. Brooks and drainages are somewhat swollen at the moment due to the recent rains, but entirely fordable without much concern.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All in mostly decent shape. However, beware of significant blow-downs, and puncheon/bog bridges are in sad shape in a few spots. Significant blow-downs on North Twin spur, and on Bondcliff trail. They'll need a few minutes with a saw at the least in order to resolve. Puncheon on the Twinway was very rotten in several places. In others, reasonably fresh bog bridge is in good repair. Be prepared to deal with mud.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Quite a few pups having the time of their lives on the trail.

Comments
Comments: It was a good three days out. Stayed at Garfield, and all I heard was how Guyot was packed, and early. Then I got to Guyot the next day, and it wasn't so bad... but then again, maybe it was the rain forecast for that night. You can pick the day, you can pick the weather, but you can't pick both at the same time.

There's a preliminary post on my blog. A more detailed write-up is forthcoming; expect it in the next day or so. There's a stack of photos waiting in the wings, to be edited.
