This is a great 6 mile RT hike to both Percy Peaks. Gorgeous 180 views on S Percy and 360 views on N Percy which has some fun sustained rock slab hiking. Looking south and east you have clear unobstructed view's of the Presi's, Willy/Field/Tom, Lafayette, Garfield, the Twins and others.
After completing the NE 100 this past September it's been on to some lesser hiked peaks and this one flies under the radar as it was a beautiful Saturday morning and I never saw a hiker all day.
When I got back to the parking lot at 11AM there were about 7 cars total. |
