||Old Mountain Road, Crawford Ridgepole Trail|
|Date of Hike:
||Thursday, July 30, 2020|
|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||Atop Mountain Road off Perch Pond Road in Holderness. |
||Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
|Water Crossing Notes:
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||As noted a few weeks ago, the two waterbars on Old Mountain Road were purposefully dismantled/blocked. Appears someone is building a quasi-reroute (with some yellow flagging tape). Lots of holes from boulders pried up in the footbed. |
||Mosquitoes were a little vexing on Old Mountain Road. |
|Lost and Found:
||Old Mountain Erode was muddy in the usual places, but not terribly so. Noted a new blue blazed trail departing to the north from near the trailhead; did not see where it rejoined.|
Crawford Ridgepole Trail was mostly dry, despite the brief rain we had a few hours ago.
