Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: One easy, at the very beginning. There is a dry bed at the beginning of the slide, it was really running when we did the rt 25 to the pond section a couple years ago (rainy day during spring melt). Your results may vary...
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Good. There are some blowdowns near Mist Mtn that will need attention. WMG mentions there is a sign marking Mt. Mist. We did not see one, but it was obviously the high point. Thanks DOC and other trail maintainers.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Should be good. Be careful if you go up the slide and on top of it.
Bugs
Bugs: a few.

Comments
Comments: Wachipauka Pond Trail (AT) from rt 25C to the pond, Webster Slide Trail

Great little hike if you just have a few hours. Or go the whole day; the ledges and the pond are that beautiful. Saw a few NOBOs. Pleasant woodland walk, top of slide is a pretty forest. Obstructed views, but there is a herd path to the left which will take you down to a great view. Could have sat there forever.
