Comments
Comments: We left the GPS at home today and Ed Hawkins, Lew Dow, and I did a map and compass bushwhack up to Whitewall from the North End from Zealand Trail. Woods were fairly open. We found a pretty good line to the summit with no problems.

From the summit we whacked on over to the open ledges, for some fantastic views. We headed down over the South end of Whitewall, which was a little steeper and thicker, until we connected with the Ethan Pond Trail for the hike out. Lots of moose and bear activity in this area. Great Whack today.
