Water Crossing Notes: None
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: I don't recollect any blowdowns. Lots of unmitigated erosion. Lots of trail creep developing.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I do not recommend taking dogs above the hut this time of year due to the sharp, jagged rock (which cuts through pads very easily).

Comments
Comments: Trails were damp with lots of greasy rock from yesterday's rain, today's morning fog, and a passing shower. No significant mud of note. Fairly busy trails and unfortunately a lot of COVID damage (people trampling alpine vegetation to "socially distance," masks left on the side of the trail, etc.).

Water spigot on the outside of the hut remains hooked up (can't imagine this will last long into the fall). Hut is open (restrooms, maybe food?) with a mask requirement.

Didn't get any summit views due to the fog, but also made it out before any thunderstorms, etc. Rather chilly up high; may have to start carrying gloves soon!
