All bone dry (dusty). |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
2 decent sized blow downs about 1.2 miles in, just passed the first logging activity area. If you're under 6', may be difficult to straddle over, and would need to actually crawl under them. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Bring water. If your dog doesn't stay close, you may want to keep them on leash for some of it, as there many side roads they could easily wander down and disappear. |

Very interesting "trail". Follows the logging access road for the first mile, then transitions to a trail, only to come back to the logging areas. The trail hugs the left side of the logged area near the trees, then reenters the woods, only to find another logged area. Cool to have a wide open expanse to view the Kinsmans from these areas. In spots, the footbed is being encroached upon by new growth in the logged areas. Find the true summit just passed the fire tower site, along the "Yellow Crescent Trail". |
