Comments
Comments: We walked the road into Bowmantown and then walked north on roads to the pond. We bushwhacked to the summit of Lower Black Pond Mountain and back to the road. We picked up a road to the northeast peak of the thrashers where there is a large communications tower. We bushwhacked along thrashers ridge meeting mixed woods and cuts. Down to the road and roads out. About 19 mi. rt.
