| Water Crossing Notes: |
only one crossing and it was no trouble. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
a few small blowdowns, a log or two across the trail but nothing that got in my way terribly. For a little hiked mountain the trail was in great condition. |

| Bugs: |
Lots of mosquitoes in the parking lot but once I got on the trail they disappeared. I think the good stiff breeze helped to make them go away. |

| Comments: |
This is a rather boring hike and a summit without much distinction. But it looked good on paper. And there is a great swimming hole just downstream from where the trail crosses the Sucker Brook. Not that I swam today but I will keep it in mind for a hotter day. |
