Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking at Pinkham Notch and Stony Brook Trailhead for the car spot was no problem; but then again it was a Thursday.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: All water crossings were easy.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blow downs in spots but nothing major. All trails are in great shape even with the rain in the last few days.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: One cute poodle mix on Moriah with its trail runner humans. And one lab on top of North Carter.  
Bugs
Bugs: No bugs until the headlamp came on on Stony Brook.

Comments: It was a perfect day for the Wildcat Carter Moriah Traverse. Very few people on the trails. It was windy most of the day and after 6pm the wind was warm!
