 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A lot of blow downs! Looks like a bunch were cleaned up recently but now there are new ones. I'd guess 10+. I cleared countless branches and a few smaller trees that I could lift. Most of the bigger blow downs you can straddle/step over. There's a few you can duck under and there's a few you have to go around. I feel bad, the last trip report said the trail had just been cleared! :-( |

 | Comments: |
Bare booted the whole way. It was a little slushy in spots and there was very intermittent snow up top. Bare ground to a foot of snow within eye sight. No use putting on and taking of snowshoes every 10-20 ft. So there are some minor post holes on the way to Owls Head!
