Comments
Comments: A cloudy and windy approach up Caps Ridge, but as we approached the summit of Jefferson, we broke above the clouds for the bulk of the remainder of the day. The winds subsided as the day went along, and the summit of Washington was busy. It looked like a number of vehicles on the auto road.

Trails were generally quiet, and that was most welcome. All trails in good shape. A brisk fall day, but a fantastic day to be out.
