Comments
Comments: Thanks to Denise C. for this route! We started up FR 23, soon passing around the gate and continuing on. There was soon another trail/road leading to the right but we stayed straight. At the junction of FR 23A and FR 23B, we turned left onto FR 23A and continued to its end. At this point , the bike trail continues off to the right. We followed this trail until we were almost directly opposite the peak. We bushwhacked through fairly clear woods, undulating up and down ridges until we came to the base of the mountain. From here, it was a steep climb to the height of land. The summit continued to have multiple ups and downs until we arrived at the jar. Signed in then headed back pretty much the way we had come up.
