We found a car key fob just below the summit of Liberty. No one was around and we decided to bring it home with us. Please email if this belongs to you and I'd be happy to mail it. |

The trail to Liberty is in good condition. The ice is starting to form above the tent sites and we soon put on microspikes. They were definitely needed as we approached the summit. The view today from the summit was spectacular even though clouds were blowing in and around. It was windy and cold and we had most of our layers on. It's definitely the time of year to bring your spikes with you! Lots of very friendly people out today and only one dog bag was left on the side of the trail. We didn't see any toilet paper. Yay! |
