Plenty of parking at Edmands Path trailhead. Mt Clinton road is open end to end, a pleasant surprise. |

Excellent. Temps were cold & dry so no mud to contend with. |

My dog (lab mix) needed help up & down the ice bulges on upper portion of Edmands Path. His harness came in handy for this section. |

Great day to hit the Presidentials - mostly clear skies and minimal winds. Microspikes went on at about 4000 feet on Edmands. Some bare stretches of rock on Crawford Path where I took my spikes off but then shortly had to put them back on while heading to Franklin. Kept them on during ascent of Eisenhower. Took spikes off at 3700 feet. Saw 6 people all day. |
