| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail is easy to follow, but the yellow blazes need to be freshened up. Only show a couple beyond Imp Brook.
Just beyond Imp Brook crossing there's a good size pine snapped off and leaning over the trail. Not a hiking issue,, but it's barely holding on. It's going to come down, hopefully not on someone.
Another easy under snapped off leaner at 1.3 miles from the trailhead. Again, barely hold on.
At ladder at 1.5 miles is in VERY bad shape. Four of the steps are missing, two in a row and the next to the top step is in bad shape. Hikers are starting go around it. I went up the ladder, but I wasn't going down it. I went to the side also. |

| Comments: |
Imp Face Trail from northern trailhead
No need for any traction, but the last 1/3 mile before the Imp Face there were a few rocks with a thin coating of ice on them. Not a problem, unless you weren't paying attention. |
