Comments
Comments: Good times out today on Kodak trail- followed footsteps up to eastman ledge and then quickly diminished afterwards. Got some views in at eastman before snow/cloud cover started to come in. On the way to Hexacuba, there is a nice unnamed waterfall right at the north jacobs brook crossing. Hexacuba and privy was looking fina and was a nice break point. Working up towards the ridge/ridge was moderate/difficult with wet rocks/ice , be careful and watch your step. No views at top but enjoyed a nice brew from River Roost and a cold meatball sub. Retraced steps to the car. Microspikes were very helpful, snowshoes seemed a bit overkill with many rocks/ledges still protruding. Nice solo adventure, happy hiking folks.
