Comments
Comments: We used the two FR's which were open or very well trod by moose and deer. FR460 is part of the Snomo system up there. The whack was in mostly open woods up to the last .25 where it became steep and a little scrappy for a bit then opened again upon last approach to the recognized high point. The register jar was wedged in a branch of the pine where it landed after the string rotted away. I replaced it with an extra shoelace that I had with me. If the weather is good (as it was yesterday) plan on spending time to enjoy the fantastic 270 degree views from this wonderful peak, going to be a redo for me in the future to have a picnic lunch and chill.
